Important Hotel Information
- The hotel allows pets 75 lbs and under of a non-aggressive breed. A 100 non-refundable one-time cleaning fee per suite would apply.
- Please note all guests will be required to pay the properties resort fee of 12.66 USD (including tax recovery) daily, upon check-in. This fee covers complimentary local calls and toll-free telephone access, complimentary parking, complimentary internet access, and complimentary shuttle service to and from the theme parks.
- A valid credit card is required upon check in. If you are using a Debit/Credit card, a hold will be placed upon that account for the full anticipated amount to be owned to the resort to include a 50.00 per day hold to cover incidental charges.

My family and I stayed at the resort for 6 days (3 adults, 3 children ages 8, 5, and 1,) and it was absolutely wonderful. At registration, they upgraded our suite to a 3 bedroom. The suite was everything I hoped to expect and more. Very spacious, clean, had everything you needed and close to the pool. The employees there were extremely helpful and nice, never dealt with any rude attitudes. Had no problems with the suite, housekeeping was done daily and when I requested some help it was done immediately. Location was great, so close to everything. The airport was less than 15 minutes, all theme parks, waterparks, and Downtown Disney were less than 10 minutes. Sea World, Aquatica and the shopping outlets were definitely around the corner took us less than 5 minutes. The pool was huge and clean. My children had a ball. I didn't eat the food there but the prices seemed very reasonable. I would definitely stay at this resort if I decided to visit again. My mom, husband and children are very picky and they all didn't want to leave!

This hotel was perfect for our weekend getaway! The 2-bedroom unit with full kitchen was so convenient for our family and gave us plenty of space to spread out. The staff were so accommodating. We spent much of the day at the pool which was great, the kids area is nice for them to play and they had lots of fun activities for them -- hula hoop contest, water balloons, etc. The hotel is so close to the outlet malls and SeaWorld, DIscovery Cove and Aquatica!

Where do i begin, the hotel and its staff are great, everytime u needed anything ,directions,phone number,they got it for u, the room are super nice,clean, and roomie,u are near everything,publix supermarket,seaworld,aquatica,and all major highways 10 minutes to disney,,stayed with my 4 and 6 year old they loves it ,parking ..would stay again anytime, made my stay worth it,thanks to chris and kv at the front desk for eveything...

We really enjoyed our trip to Orlando and the theme parks there. We were only a short drive to DisneyWorld and their other parks, and Sea World was just down the street. The pool was very nice and the room was very large and had all the comforts of home. The rooms were clean and well apportioned. No doubt we would visit Floridays again. I was told to stay there by a family member who exclusively stays there, and the place truly exceeded my expectations.
